Ayda Kach

Ayda joins Blvd with nearly a decade of experience in CRE focusing on retail development. Throughout her career, Ayda has driven impressive results, including 30%-40% increase in occupancy rates leading to increased revenue. In her last role, Ayda’s strategic approach and keen market insight has led to expanding the portfolio size from +/-500,000 sf to over 1 million sf of retail across the US. Being involved in both acquisition and disposition side, she has extensive knowledge of navigating transactions and delivering outstanding outcomes for clients. 

Ayda is a competitive triathlete who’s competed in multiple world Championships including Ironman World Championship KONA. She enjoys exploring the world on two wheels!
